Please note: We are experiencing slight delays in the processing of returns due to longer than normal return transit and return processing times due to COVID-19. We are working to process all returns as quickly as possible, but your patience is greatly appreciated.

How do I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible to info@unusualmama.com or contact us here. We cannot guarantee the change can be completed, but we will do our best to help.

At this time, we're unable to price adjust orders.

Please note, we are unable to apply more than one discount code per order. The original discount code that is used will be honored, and we are unable to apply additional discounts once an order has been placed. Please feel free to use your other discount code on a future order!

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Your order confirmation will indicate the items in your ordered that are FINAL SALE.

Soaps and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.

Gift With Purchase: All free gifts with purchase are subject to change due to availability. Unusual Mama is unable to reship free gifts with purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

To exchange or return items in your order, please email us at info@unusualmama.com or contact us including your order number. 

If you’d like to exchange your item(s), you will receive an exchange code to use as a gift card/store credit on our site for any other item(s).

For returns you will receive an email from us containing a link to proceed with your return.  We make it easy to choose another size of the same item, or you can choose to simply return it for a refund.  You'll then receive a return shipping label from us via email.

Please use the return shipping label to ship your item(s) back to us within 7 calendar days of label email receipt.  Once your items are received and processed by our warehouse, you'll get your refund typically within 3-7 business days. 

If you need to return a gift that you received, please email us using the subject “Gift Return” or contact us here.

 

Return | Exchange Policy

Unusual Mama offers returns on  products shipped within the United States within 30 calendar days from when your order is shipped to you. 

If you placed an international order, your will receive merchandise credit (less the cost of shipping, duties and taxes). We do ask that you ship the return back to us using your own postage. To initiate a return for an international order, please email info@unusualmama.com.

Return shipping is complimentary ONLY if you are exchanging a clothing item for a different size. All other exchanges/returns will have a $10 fee to cover the cost of return shipping, which will be charged to your original form of payment or deducted from your refund or store credit. In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, clothing must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original packaging included.

Unusual Mama is unable to offer a refund for items that are returned to us in an unsellable condition. All Unusual Mama self-care items must be returned unopened with its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

Soaps and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE. Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased using a discount or promotional code may not be eligible for exchanges or returns - please check the promotional rules for eligibility.

Only items purchased through www.unusualmama.com may be exchanged or returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through other partners must be exchanged or returned to the place of purchase.

Approved exchanges and returns must be dropped off at your local USPS location within 7 days of receiving your return label. Exchanges and returns dropped off after this 7 day window are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit. 

Please note, we are only able to process returns that have been included in your return request through info@unusualmama.com or our contact site. If you have multiple requests recorded, we require each authorized return to be sent with its specific shipping label to allow for our system to process the return.  We are unable to process returns that are sent without the intended shipping label, or any returns that are not authorized and recorded by our team.
